Book Fair is back at Hankey after Thanksgiving break. Stop by the MPR to shop all of your favorite book titles, December 6-10th. Hours of operation are M-F 7:30-8:00AM and M, T, Th, F from 2:20-3PM. Your child’s classroom teacher will let you know when they have signed up for their in class book fair browsing time.
Please join ASB in making the holidays a little nicer this year! Join in the annual Bring a Pair/ Wear a Pair Event at Carl Hankey K8 Academy. Bring a pair of new pajamas to donate to the Orange County Rescue Mission. Your pajamas can be delivered to the collection bin located in front of Mrs. Beitz’s room (P41) or the Office
Wear a pair of pajamas to school, even if you cannot donate, to spread holiday cheer!
In addition, we will partner with Scholastic Books by participating in The Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. They will deliver a book to the OC Rescue Mission for every pair of pajamas we donate. Show that you are CARING by participating in this opportunity to help those in need!
The truck will be by at BOTH Middle School early dismissal AND the regular elementary dismissal times! Preorder now!!!

Thank you to those who have already signed up to help promote the Hawk Trot by running our $1 spin and win prize wheel before or after school leading up to the run. If your kids want to help with promoting the event, we welcome them to join you. Middle schoolers can receive service hours. We’ll have posters made up that they can hold and stand by the wheel with you or walk up and down the car line during drop off or pick up.
